• Earth Element – She did horse riding (eventing), trekking/ hiking and camping, mountain biking, rock climbing and she was an outdoor recreational guide.
• Air Element – She did paragliding and sky diving.
• Water Element – She did wake boarding, kayaking and white water rafting. Cassanga represented Australia in the White Water Rafting World Championships in Argentina, 19 days before she died. She had been selected to compete in Australia for the White Water World Rafting Championships on the Tully River, in Cairns in May 2019. She was fondly known as the Australian women’s rafting R4 teams ‘secret weapon’……
• Fire Element – Cassanga was the first known westerner to have a modernised traditional Nepali cremation on the river where she passed. She even had the Dalai Lama pray for her.
